- Play preferences, boundaries, and “D.I.B.S.” (Desires, Intentions, Boundaries, and Sexuality).
- Health Data: We strictly require proof of STI testing. We collect or verify information regarding your sexual health status, specifically negative STI test results taken within 3 months of an event.
- Financial Data: Credit card details and billing information processed through our secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, WooCommerce). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

- Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, operating system, and platform.

- Storage: We minimize the retention of actual medical documents. Once your status is verified for an event or membership period, we generally discard the raw medical record, retaining only the “Verified” status on your profile, unless retention is strictly necessary for legal or safety dispute resolution.
- Access: Access to health data is strictly limited to authorized “The Play” staff responsible for vetting and check-in procedures.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
